Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes preparing, checking, and packaging your order before dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping time is 8–13 days after dispatch.

Including order processing, the estimated total delivery time is 10–16 days from payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.

Replica watches may be restricted or prohibited in some destinations. Customs clearance is not guaranteed, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and available tracking details. For damaged shipments, include photos of the item and packaging.
