At UNT Replica, we want customers to understand the return process before placing an order. Please read this policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and any included documents. Proof of purchase is required.
These condition requirements do not apply in the same way to items reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos or a video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. The sender address on your package may not be our return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please retain the packaging and provide clear photos or a video so we can review the issue. If we confirm the problem, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the refund covers the returned item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a watch, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability, and we will explain any price difference or shipping costs before proceeding.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can still be canceled. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
Product Disclosure
UNT Replica sells replica watches, not authentic Rolex watches. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Rolex SA.
This disclosure does not limit your ability to report an item that is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
